We may face challenges in life from time to time but this inner wisdom, the infinite potential has a profound ability to walk us through past and present life challenges. In holistic healing sessions, I facilitate you to access the wisdom within.

Remember you are a unique being and your mind, body and soul connection reflects your experiences and to deal with whatever is the reason for the pain or distress, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body must be addressed as a whole. The holistic healing sessions will integrate and assimilate apposite energy healing modalities with in-depth counselling bringing about a complete healing approach for mind, body and soul. I offer:

ENERGY BALANCING & RAISING LIFE SCRIPT

Opening energetic pathways and balancing the same allowing energy to stream freely throughout our bodies to maintain optimal health and well being.  Often illness, disease, anxiety or distress of any kind blocks the energy fields and negativity engulfs the beings. Energy balancing and raising life scrips helps to remove these blockages, generating a calming, healing, natural flow of life force energy throughout.

This service can also be availed at long distance. Working on the principles of Quantum Physics, whereby energy has no boundaries and everything is connected, distance sessions are just as effective as sessions held in person.

REIKI ENERGY HEALING

During a Reiki session, one can experience the flow of energy being re-aligned within the body. It washes down, clearing obstructions and strengthening the flow of energy, known as Ki. A Reiki healing session restores order and balance to the energy body, calming the mind and stabilizing the emotions.

Reiki can help with a wide range of health problems and issues including anxiety, stress, bereavement, back pain, chronic fatigue, co-dependent relationships, depression, infertility, fatigue, anxiety, feeling stuck, feeling run-down, high blood pressure, hyper-activity in children and other childhood complaints, indigestion, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, M.E., M.S., ovarian cysts, post-natal depression, post-operative care, rashes and other skin conditions, self-esteem issues, sinusitis, stress, worry etc.

In a Reiki session, your energy field will be tunes through the placement of the Reiki master on your physical body. However sometimes it becomes difficult to see the master personally, then one may consider distant healing.  This is just as effective as an in-person session.

Almost everything we experience in the presence have some basis or influences from the past. Regression therapy is the based on the same and works around the very first time to find the root causes and therefore heals more deeply and quickly than traditional therapies. This first time could be a memory of this life or one of the memories of the primitive lives. The regression therapy works on the time that triggered the present time’s challenge for the first time.

Science is now exploring how the sub-conscious mind goes beyond this lifetime. Everything you’ve seen, felt and experienced in this life or in your previous existences are housed in your subconscious and then brought to light in your current consciousness during the regression process.

INNER CHILD WORK

‘Inner child work’ is a work aimed to resolve the childhood emotions and experiences. It facilitates self-discovery that helps you access the child you once were, along with the experiences and emotions that child was taught to repress. The general idea of inner child work is to communicate with your inner child and heal the roots of your issues as an adult.

Childhood trauma could vary from person to person leaves a child with unresolved emotions. For instance if as a child, you were controlled or you were only acceptable and lovable if you were ‘good’, then you would learn to hide the emotions like sadness or anger that got you into trouble. If you experienced rejection, abandonment, or abuse, you would learn to hide your pain and fear to not be hurt or rejected again.

These repressed emotions then lead to cycles of self-sabotage in adulthood. Inner child work helps you to finally accept and feel your emotions, and to take care of the child within.

GRAPHO THERAPY  

Transforming life through handwriting and signature change

Grapho-Therapy is a holistic approach to analyse and change handwriting/signature to minimize/remove impact of negative traits I present life. The session involves analysis of a person’s handwriting, identification of the negative traits in handwriting and provides the correct formation of alphabets in handwriting.

Handwriting changes with the circumstances in our lives and also showcases person’s behaviour, strengths and weakness, etc to certain extent.  Grapho Therapy corrects conscious effort of handwriting formations to ingrain positive outlook in practice.

MINDFULNESS PRACTICES

Mindfulness is the process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training methodologies.

The session or session’s aims will help you develop your own style where you observe the flow of inner thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judging them as good or bad.
